This is by far the best AT&T store I’ve been to. My husband and I were just on an Alaskan cruise, and while we were kayaking in Sitka, I dropped my phone into the ocean…of course. Thankfully Sitka is an exclusive carrier of AT&T, so we were able to head there after and get all setup with a new phone. The gentleman that helped us (with the red hair), was phenomenal! He made our really stressful situation 10x better and we’re so thankful for all the help he provided!
I had a great experience at our local AT&T store. The sales representative was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. They took the time to answer all of my questions, explain my options clearly, and made sure I left with exactly what I needed. Excellent customer service from start to finish—I truly appreciated their professionalism and friendly attitude.
We went in hoping to lower and consolidate our bill. Allen was soooo helpful, and we were shocked at how much he was able to do. He helped identify anything we weren’t utilizing, and clearly helped us decided what we needed and didn’t. He was quick, efficient, friendly and helpful. I’d recommend him to anyone. By the end of our short visit, we had our bill cut by almost a third, with no detriment to our service at all, just keeping what we actually use and need. Amazing, and he was so cheerful and fun to work with. Thank you so much, Allen, 10/10.
Allen was super helpful! He was informative and patient with all my questions, and knowledgeable without pushing anything I didn’t want; he made the transition to a new phone as easy and stress-free as possible. I also appreciate having an AT&T store in Sitka and not having to wait for anything to arrive by mail.
I wanted to thank you for hiring Allen in Sitka Ak he was most helpful to me in getting my account in order I could not get the bill on the att app because I have direct tv but don’t stream and they couldn’t help me either. He helped get the correct app helped get it linked and set for me and I was able to easily pay my bill here. He’s very polite and patient with me and I will look forward to recommending all the friends go to him for help.
We were traveling from Arizona and my husband was having trouble with his phone. We went into the store and Allen was so nice and helped us even though we weren’t AT&T customers. We did end up purchasing a new charging cable but did not at all feel pressured to buy anything. Allen is definitely an asset to your company and we appreciated his help immensely.

I traded up on my iPhone and was extremely impressed with Sophia’s knowledge, help and patience! I’m not tech savvy and she made it so simple! I didn’t have my contacts and didn’t know how to put them on my new phone so I went back and all she did was hit sinq and all my contacts were loaded to my new iPhone and I was good to go! She’s the best!!!
I would give a million stars if I could. The Juneau ATT store had been slapping me around and being dishonest with me on multiple visits, and I happened to be in Sitka for work so I popped in for a visit. They were able to help me and get me exactly what I needed super fast and super easy, being up front with me throughout the whole process. Shoutout to SOPHIA! She was awesome and very helpful.
